• No Refunds: Once a subscription payment is processed, it is non-refundable.
• Service Issues: Refunds may be allowed only if technical issues prevent usage.
• Auto-Renewal: Auto-renew billing is non-refundable if not canceled before billing date.
• Duplicate Payments: Refund available if reported within 7 days.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds take 5–10 business days.
• Termination: No refund if service is terminated due to policy violations.

At Aster,provides flexibility in managing your subscriptions. You can cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

• Cancellation Before Renewal: Subscribers can cancel their plan anytime before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
• No Partial Period Refunds: If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
• How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made through your account settings on our website or by contacting customer support.
• Account Deactivation Upon Cancellation: Once your subscription ends, your account will be deactivated, and access to the Aster dashboard and monitoring features will be restricted.
• Reactivating a Canceled Subscription: If you decide to reactivate your subscription after cancellation, you may be required to pay a reactivation fee or complete a new subscription signup process.

At Aster offers both cloud-based IoT monitoring services and hardware products. Our delivery process follows these guidelines::

• Subscription Activation: Upon successful payment, access to the Aster dashboard and monitoring services will be granted within 24 hours.
• Hardware Delivery: If your subscription includes hardware, we will coordinate the shipment and installation within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. No refunds will be issued for unused time.
• Installation and Setup: Our support team will provide guidance for setup. If on-site installation is required, an Aster representative will schedule an appointment.
• Tracking Hardware Shipments: Customers will receive tracking details via email for any physical hardware shipments.
• Delayed or Lost Shipments: If a shipment is delayed or lost, our support team will work with logistics partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Damaged or Defective Equipment: If hardware arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Aster within 5 days of receipt to request a replacement.
• Installation Assistance: Customers needing professional installation will receive step-by-step guidance or an on-site technician visit, subject to availability.
• International Deliveries: Aster provides international shipping to select regions. Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated before dispatch. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
